Crystal Reports Processing server Failed

I am using BOBJ 4.1 SP6 on windows. The Crystal Reports Processing server shows as failed. When I open the properties it shows it has stopped 5 times in last 60 mins.
When I checked the logging folder the contents of crproc_SERVER_NAME_CrystalReportsProcessingServer_trace001 I found something like this:

Can someone please help how to get it started?

Having the exact same problem after updating BIP 4.1 from SP4 patch 2 to SP7.

I’m having the exact same problem after updating BIP 4.1 from SP3 to SP7.
Did you guys reported to SAP, or do you have a workaround for this?

I saw this when going from 4.1 SP5 P6 to 4.1 SP7.
found SAP Note 2180731 (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2180731/E)+

which says to add the following to the command line parameter in the failing CrystalReportProcessingServer.
-documentType CrystalEnterprise.Report

Thanks, after doing that change the server went back online.

Any other issues or things to consider when you went to SP7?
