Crystal Reports not returning same amount of entries as SQL

I have a Crystal report that has a command object (SQL). When I run the SQL in the command object in SQL Server it returns more entries than when I run the same code in Crystal 16.

I tried to select just 1 certain entry in Crystal, it does not pull anything. SQL does pull that 1 record.

I am lost as to why? I would appreciate any help on this.

I have never seen this behavior unless the datasource on Crystal Reports was pointing to a different database than on SQL Server.
