Crystal reports not connecting to Database

I have attached the run time error whnever i try to referesh a report in crystal reports developer.

Also I can’t connect to database server (Oracle) from crystal reports design time

please3 guide me how to solve this

Hi,

Please provide the following:

  1. Are you able to create a new report in Crystal Reports Designer?

  2. Check what happens if you use ODBC or OLEDB connection to create reports.

  3. Are you able to connect to Oracle server from the oracle client?
