Crystal Reports Formatting in BO 4

I’ve got a report with a text field smack in the middle. The field is about three lines tall, and 8 inches wide. In CR2011, the preview mode looks fine, the designer has well-defined boundaries on the field, and when I print from CR, it works fine.
When I upload it to BO4, that one field skews to about 2 lines tall and 12 inches long. I can somewhat correct it by dropping the resolution in BO to 96 DPI. But, I haven’t found any setting to make it render in BO the same way it renders in CR. Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere to fix this issue?

Try to place the field inside the text box and observe. HTML doesn’t preserve 100% formatting.

The field is a text box. It’s not just a minor loss of fidelity, it’s printing about 4 inches off, and only on the right-hand side.
