Crystal Reports Font gets overwritten in Infoview

I have a crystal report build in 2008 which has Calibri font and I’d like to keep the same when scheduled it through Infoview but the output when it gets generated has different font like Arial or times new roman. Our BO Admin installed Calibri font and I thought that can fix teh problem but it did not help…

Any ideas? Please let me know

I’ve some other problem with fonts. Try editing defaultconfig.xml under

\enterprise115 \desktoplaunch\webiApplet\AppletConfig . Chenge the font here. It may help. :+1:

It may be because the server doesn’t have that font. It may also be that the viewing clients do not have the font. I believe if you PDF a report the client can see the correct font even if they don’t have it. I believe this is pretty common with the bar code font.
