Crystal reports 2016 Dynamic parameters displays empty LOV, after upgrade from bo 4.1 sp5 to bo 4.2 sp7.
Please assist me in this regard.

The dynamic prompts are coming from Business View Manager and we are deploying the reports to BI Launchpad from the crystal reports designer 2016.

In Business View manager you could try scheduling it to force it to update.

I am getting the following error message in Business view manager:
2784854 - Promoted Business Views fail with error message “is missing or has no viewing rights” when opening through the Business View Manager.
I need the 2784854 document, in order to resolve empty Lov prompts.
