When I try to run a crystal report in Infoview it’s requiring me to enter my user-id and password each time. Is there a place to preset this ?

I am assuming that you are having to enter the database login info. This can be set in CMC for the particular report. In the Database Configuration screen for the report, enter the id and password and be sure to select Use same database logon as when report is run.

you should have a service account set up. therefore while publishing your report set your db user info. to the service account. talk to your BO admin…
