Crystal Report Refresh

Hello All,

I would request your valuable assistance on the below Issue:

Environment:

  • BI 4.0 Sp02
  • Crystal Reports 2011 sp2
  • sqlserver

I created Crystal Report by using sql server and published it in BI 4.0 environment.

I can able to open the crystal report but i can’t able to refresh the report. its throwing an error:

ERROR: “The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection.
---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]”

Can anyone able to resolve this issue.

I think we can’t able to schedule the report without resolving this right.

Can you refersh the CR 2011 report from within InfoView/BI Launchpad manually? If not you might have to update the database connection in the report and/or enable/start the CR 2011 services on the SAP BI server.
