Recently we have migrated all our crystal reports from BO XIR2 to BOXI3.1.
When we ran the reports from CMC (XI3.1) length of page is varying from one page to another. Where as when we ran these reports from XI R2 all the pages are having same size.
Because of this page lenght incresing or decresing, We are unable to give the exact page layout for another teams who are accessing crystal reports from JAVA.
Please let me know if any modifications need to be done from CMC.
Sometimes by having a printer driver installed on the server solves this issue.
Check your XIR2 system to see if it has a printer set up and do the same for the XI3.1 system
You can also disassociate the report layout from a printer.
In Page Setup, there is a box under Page Options that allows you to “Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size.” By selecting this box the pages will always be the same size.
Also, make sure the “Adjust Automatically” box is not selected.
