Crystal report opening PDF file problem

I have a problem with the Crystal report opening file in PDF.

I’ll try to explain :

I’m working with a .NET application. This application is opening on some cases Crystal reports on PDF format.
When I use this application on my computer at the development office company it works correctly.
The problem is that when I try to open these reports at the client office company, it doesn’t works and it send me this message :

“Attemped to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.”

Maybe a different version of the .Net framework?
