Crystal Report error [Database Vendor Code: 12154 ]

Hi,

I created a new report in Crystal XI and saved to a new repository(EDGE 3.1). When I try to open the report I get this error:

[Database Vendor Code: 12154 ]

Can anyone help please?

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

The server that is hosting BO-EDGE needs to have the same Oracle driver and TNSNAMES set-up as the local workstation that was used to create the RPT.

You need to talk to your BO-EDGE or Oracle admin for that Box.
