Crystal Report Connection Failed for 4.3

Installed SAP BO 4.3 - webI working fine; but for Crystal Enterprise connection is failing.
Error Message : “Failed to establish a connection. The cause was :
Unable to connect to SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence Platform web services server. Check that the web services server is running at specific port; also check firewall settings (if applicable). For assistance, contact your network administrator.”

What have you tried so far? Have you checked if ports are open/running etc?
