Crystal report 2016 files not refreshing in bo 4.2 launchpad

Hi I have CR 2016 in BO 4.2 platform. We are scheduling manually using parameters and we find that with the same parameters, reports are not getting refreshed in launchpad when scheduled again. Can someone resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Are you getting failures, reports refreshing but the data is the same? Need more info.
