Can someone help I am using crystal 2008 to create a report. I save as and upload it to Infoview business objects. If I try and open the report it will try and run and just hang with a blank white screen Internet explorer says done.
Am i doing something wrong during upload I am a rooky please forgive the obvious, but any help would be welcome.

What version of MSIE?
Have you tried with another browser, like Firefox?
Can you open the report in CR from the Enterprise? (File/Open in CR…)

We just upgraded to boe 3.1 and are having the same issue.

What is your datasource? Universe or something else? Is this datasource also created on the server?
By the way, don’t install the client version of CR2008 on the server as this will cause problems.

Our data sources are Business Views. and the bv’s are on the server.
This problem is not happening for all users, some actually see the reports while other only get the blank screen.
