While opening Crystal Reports 2008 I am getting this error.
The procedure entry point ?PrintLegend@CMapXLegend@CSLib300@@QAEXJJJJ@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library cslibu-3-0.dll
Any help would be appreciated…

This problem was resolved when I installed SP 2008 sp1.

We get this same error from Crystal Reports 2008 sp2 after installing the service pack 2.6 for BO XI 3.1. Anyone else run into this?

Download and install Service Pack 1 for Crystal Reports 2008.

I mean the BO and the crystal versions has to match. so we have to apply the patches accordingly.

We solved it with Crystal Reports fixpack 2.7, and also installed BO fixpack 2.7.
BO SP 2.6 Crystal combination definitely needs both, and BO SP 2.6 needs fp 2.7 even if it does not have a Crystal intall.
Our Crystal 2008 install was already on sp2, and a clean install with SP1 did not work with BO sp 2.6 either.
