I could be wrong, but I don’t think you can - it looks like your crosstab is sorting by summing all columns. What you want is specific to the first column which is dynamic. One way to achieve this might be to only summarize and group the 2014 data, then run a subreport for 2013 and 2012 (or previous two years to remain dynamic), then show that data per line of the 2014 data. This would mean not using cross tab, but create a table spanning the group and details, etc. You’d need to link the 2014 data through the subreports.
