Cross domain policy using Query Browser

I am getting a cross domain policy error when trying to run an xcelsius dashboard using the Query Browser. This only happens in the user’s machine. The server and client tools are all installed in a Windows 2008 server. Xcelsius is also on the server. I have administrative rights to the windows server and I am not getting the error.
The crossdomain.xml is in the tomcat directory. I have even moved it to the root folder.
Here is what I have for the crossdomain.xml

Hi,

I was also faceing the same issue.
At my end the “Cross-domain Policy File Specification” error has been resolved after I syncronized all products version - BO, Live Office and Xcelsius

For e.g., if you have BO XI R3 SP5 then your live office & Xcelsius must be SP5.
