Creating new services in a distributed BOXI 3.1 environment

Has anyone created new services in a clustered BOXI 3.1 Windows environment? I have done it through the CMC before, however in this particular environment the CMC is only on one box and I want to create the services to run on a separate box.

Has anyone done this before? In other words, can I create a new service in the CMC on box A and somehow assign it to run on box B?

Why not use the CCM client tool or am I missing something here?

Thats a good point, however due to security restrictions on the different servers we do not have admin rights and so cannot see the ccm.
