Creating an Analitic by "Universe Query" have some

Hi Guys

I resumed to work with dashboard in XI 3.1 and this problem occurred:
I try to create an Analitic with Speedometer (but problem persist with other type of Analitics), based on “Universe Query”. I click on “Define Query”, and I choice an universe from the list.

After, I don’t see any object to select data and filter to build the Analitic.

I noted also that the problem is with many universes (not all). Why?
The problem persist either in R2 and R3. In R2 I loaded the universe in configuration, but no difference occurred (I don’t know if the same think must be done in 3.1 environment, I don’t found it)

Try enabling PM’s log (it still supports bo_trace.ini, of which a sample should be available inside your PM’s logging folder).

I’m getting the same issue with BOXI3.1 SP3 with FP3.2!

Hi,

I finally found the root cause of this issue! Again, it sounds like a BO bug!!
In my case, when the default universe connection is set to “Use BusinessObjects credential mapping”, then the issue occurs!

So the default universe connection must be set to “Use specified user name and password”.
