Creating a URL with a special character (# and %)

I need to create a URL into a MS Dynamics page, and to do this I need a URL with % and # in it, but when I try to create it BOXI transforms it to the ASCII coded version.

thoughts?

Have you tried url encode?

The problem is that when I use URLEncode it chops off variables for some reason.
