Create New Document is disabled for group

Dear BO Experts,

All my developers are part of Power Users group which has full access level on the Web Intelligence application component.

When a developer who belongs to a power users group, the create new document is grayed out. I’m not sure what changes have to make in order to get that option enabled.

Any inputs is much appreciated.

hi,

did you check web intelligence application rights in CMC?

check this right:
CMC - > Applications -> Web intelligence -> User Security ->Specific Rights for Web Intelligence -> Documents - enable creation

this should be granted.
