create msi package

Hi everyone
I must create instalation BO cilent tools in msi package. Meyby someone do this? What program creates msi package except InstallShield

What version are we talking about?
The msi package(in case of version 6.x) for client tools comes with the installation, why do you need to create it then?

i use v r3.1
I need create 3 package (ex 1.instal only rich client & report conv tool, 2 more app…3…full). previously i create this using rar sfx all in silent mode, all works great but now i must do this using msi:(

On the W2K Server/Advanced Server CD is a copy of WinInstall LT. You can use WinInstall free of charge to make custom MSI from any executible.

ok i have orginal msi package from BO in package folder. i try edit file by wininstall but i dont know how?

maybe its possible to send param like in setup.exe from ini file?
