Create Folder under Favorite folder but NOT under Public

Hi all,

From one of my client this is the requirment:-

For all the View on demand user will be able to create folder ONLY under Favorite folder NOT under public folder. But Full Control user will be able to create user under favorite as well as under public.

But the problem is i can see create folder right only under infoview enterprise application. If for every one i say create folder granted then VOD user and Full control user both will have right create folder ability in public folder. So, i was thinking i will put all VOD user in a gr ( say G1) and all Full control user into another gr (Say G2). Then for everyone group for crare folder right—not specified…for G2 gr granted. But my problem is how should i specify that G1 group will gets ability to create folder right only under Favorite NOT under public folder?

I denied the create folder option in InfoView and showed the users how to create folders within their Favorites folder on the CMC.
