CR Enterprise 4.0 Crashing

Hi All,
I have two requirements in crystal report enterprise 4.0 while implementing both, crystal report enterprise 4.0 is crashing, please find the details below:

  1. I am designing a Linked Report and here main report has certain multi-select parameter, whose values to be passed to the sub-report while not prompting the sub-report filter, as sub-report filters are getting values from the main report and main report filter are super set of sub-report filter, Now as part of Linked Sub-Report functionality in CR 4.0, it doesn’t allow to create “In List” type of parameter by default it only prompt for “Equal to” option.
    Later once the linked parameter is created, when I am trying to change its default parameter option for “Equal to” and trying to update parameter crystal report is crashing.
  2. While dragging a formula which is deriving dynamic/custom label on the cross tab summary label, CR 4.0 is crashing.

Error message is included.

Please let me know if anyone has faced such kind of scenarios and found any workaround, this work quite well in other previous versions. And at tool level fix we are in contact with SAP.
