CR 2011 on Citrix

Hello -

We have installed CR2011 on a Citrix server and we are seeing every so often when we open a report (either from Enterprise or a shared location)that the fonts change to Default Font and the users fonts dissappear. Has anyone encountered anything like this before?

might be the same issue we are having with terminal services.

the program is defaulting to the user profile directory of the person that install the program.

you might want to try llooking at the windows environment variables

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\
