It depends how accurate you want to be.
If it’s just more-or-less, multiply the DaysBetween by 5/7.
If you need a little more precision, you must take into account the starting and ending days of the week.
If you want to take into account bank holidays, then it turns a whole lot messier. The best solution is a table in your universe; otherwise there are some partial solutions.
