COUNT DIFFERENCE IN THE TOP SECTION and BOTTOM SECTION

Hello All,

I generated a query in BO Explorer, when I start analyzing that report I could see difference in the count as shown in the attachment.
I know that the bottom section is getting aggregated by Materia, batch, ref doc etc…
How to over come this? I want the same count in the top section and the bottom section.
