Corporate documents page is timing out

Hi All,

I can able to login to the application fine, but when I tried to open the corporate document its timing out ,

Can anybody tell me why it is timing out,

You’ll have to tell us a bit more information about your setup.

One thought – Is your document domain on the same server, using the same connection information as the BOMain.key / security domain? If not – is it possible that you have a firewall rule that’s preventing you from getting to the document domain database / tables?

Otherwise, you’re going to have to tell us anything relevant about your setup that might help someone have a clue.
