Corporate Dashboard.

HI all!
I have “Corporate Dashboard”, two frames(Navigation list and Viewer)
If I click on a report in Navigation list, it appears in Viewer.

BUT! In the report no button “Save to Excel”(Document/Save to my computer as…) and do not display the Reports tab. Only that the image.

You have to edit the report from the Viewer page and then click on the report which you are using and edit from there then choose the option Full view mode then save it and then you try. Hope this helps…

  1. Click my Report in Navigation panel
  2. It appears in the Viever
  3. Click Edit Dashboad
  4. Click Edit Viewer
  5. set “Display full report”
  6. Save Dashboard
  7. Exit Edit Mode
  8. All OK!
  9. Click my Report in Navigation panel
  10. All the old !!! :frowning:

What I’m doing wrong?

P.S. In Preferences InfoView / Dashboard and Analytics / Dashboard View Option: full view

Problem solved!
Must be set “Display full report” in Navigation list, but not in Viever.
