As I mentioned, each download topic has a link to a specific topic in an appropriate forum. That topic is intended to be the central location for all discussion related to that downloadable item, which makes it much easier for the original author to support it. 
Starting a new topic, or continuing in another (like this one) just makes it less likely that the author and/or those that are interested in supporting the utility will see your question.
