Convert from Desktop

Can someone help me convert this from the desktop formula above. I have no idea about the web structure.

Mario, I am glad you figured it out. It would be helpful for other members if you posted the solution. In addition I am assuming you are using XI R2 (and not version 2.x), or am I mistaken?
