Hi experts,
I am trying to load an Infosource in SAP BW (7.3) from Data Services (4.0). I am getting the following error:

Load data to BW failed: Infosource <ZPM_DBSIMULATION> for source system <BO_DWH> failed at packet <1>. Error is: BAPI returned ... message <Error 137 (RSAR): Error in conversion exit CONVERSION_EXIT_CUNIT_INPUT 1

Any ideas how to fix the error?
