When my company upgraded to BO XI Desktop Intelligence 12.0.0.0 this conversion add in does not perform properly. Attached is an example of the file that it creates when converting from BO to Excel.

so your are talking about an upgrade to BO XI 3.x (from which release) which didn’t occured well ? I can’t see the attachment, could you try again ?
