I have inserted a chart into my report but the legend shows numbers as the item identifier and I would like it to show something else (see the diagram attached); in this case the name of the requested program. I looked in Chart Expert and in Chart Options but didnt see any Customize buttons that would allow me to build a formula or something. Does anybody know of a way to control what is in the legend? TIA!

I am making some progress with this report. To get the program names in the legend, I added a Formula Field that converted the memo field to a char with the CStr function. Then I put that field on the report and suppressed it (I could have replaced the memo field that is on the report with this one and I may decide to do that later; I just wanted to see if this would work). Then I went into the Chart Expert and on the Data tab, added to the For each record, the Formula Field I just created. And wha-la it appeared in the legend.
