as i have no environment to work with BODS 4.2 Can any one help me out with an example about continuous workflow in SAP BODS 4.2. How it is used to capture the real time CDC from SAP Sybase replication server.

A continuous Workflow stays instantiated. So you avoid the cost of re-instantiating it every time it gets called within a WHILE loop.
