Contexts on report

Every time i try to develop a report and run it , Its coming up with an option to choose which context i should use. It could be that the joins related to the objects in the report are in more than one context ?

How can i choose a context by default, so that it wouldn’t confuse my client and give an option to pick the context ?

Am i thinking wrong ?

Help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, you cannot “Lock” the context, as in Webi, you should look at resolving this in the universe, to make the paths unique.

You mean that i should only alloa join to be included in one context ?

Please clarify on this ?

What if i must add join to both the contexts but it shouldn’t ask the user to chose the context and they only are using Deski ? Any suggestions please?

I didn’t say that :slight_smile: .

You could look at, possibly, using Dummy objects, or a stub join that was always true and adding that stub to one of the contexts.
Please search on here, this has been covered many, many, times.
