Connection Refresh using Live Office XI 3.1

Hi,
I tried creating a dashboard using Live Office for dynamic Data updates.
But when i am clicking on refresh button it throws - "#2007 " Error.
these are the steps I did.

  1. Created a webI Report using SQL Server 2005

  2. Fetched WebI Data into Excel using Live Office (BOE )

  3. Saved Excel to BOE Repository

  4. Imported this excel into dashboard using import from BOE

  5. Created a Dashboard using List View components,pointing to same cells in the excel.

  6. Placed “Connection Refresh Button”

  7. Mapped “Live Office” Connection

  8. Previewed

  9. It throws error “#2007”

If anyone faced similar error ,then please let me know any workarounds.

Can you check if your Live office login credentials are defined correctly?
In Excel, go to Live Office -> Options -> Enterprise (tab)

I’m also getting the same error. Does any one please help in fixing this error.

Hi,
the problem is solved.It was due to wrong BO URL in the LIVE Office connection (Data Launch).I specified wrong system Name so that error came (which was actaully saying not able to locate the server) .

So anyone facing the same problem,must check your BO URL you specified.
