Configure ODBC on 64 bit Windows 7 system

Hello All,

I am planning to export and import the ODBC connections from windows server 2003 to windows 7 system. The windows 7 system is 64 bit. So the odbc has to be created on C:\Windows\SysWOW64->odbcad32. There are so many odbc connections on the server and the client wont be giving all the passwords to create the new odbc conections on my system. So they told to export and import the odbc connections using “regedit”. I exported the odbc connections and on my system when I imported by default the odbc connections are created on “Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools->Data Sources (ODBC)”. But business objects wont take 64 bit odbc connections. So can anyone please help me how to import to the regedit file to “C:\Windows\SysWOW64->odbcad32”. Please let me know if i am not clear.

Hi ,
Thanks for the reply. I have went to that path “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ODBC” and then selected that folder, cliked on File - > import and selected the regisrty file. But I couldnt see the imported odbc connections in that folder. Can you please let me know if I did anything wrong while importing the odbc connections regisrty file.
