Configuration tools

hi all…

i need some help…
Everytime i try to start configuration tool i get the following error:

java.lang.nullpointerexception

and my servers does not start…

any ideas ??

Are you trying to launch the config tool on your server? Is Webi running?

Yes… i’m trying to launh configuration tools on my server… and WEBI is not running…

The BO server icon next to the clock just blinks…
It’s not starting up…

i’m running windows 2000 advanced server SP4 and BO 6.1b.

Well, that could be a clue to the problem. The configuration tool will not start while Webi is running, or starting.

Any idea why Webi isn’t starting? Do you have a valid .key file? What is your repository database? What version of Webi are you on?
