Conditional Coloring in Charts

Hi,
I have a stacked bar. I need to assign RED to processes that failed, Yellow to processes that are active and Green to processes that are successful. I can use a palette but sometimes, all the processes could be successful or sometimes all the processes could be failures. So, how can I do conditional coloring?

Please help.

for conditional coloring, You can use Alerters.
