Currently, we have 2 below Env:
Old Platform(Currently in use): Crystal Reports 9
Users: 60 Named User and 50 Concurrent User
Q: Is there any way to figure it out, maximum number of users login into BI environment at same time in last 3 or 6 months.
New Platform: SAP Crystal reports for Enterprise 4.1sp6
Users: 50 Named User and 30 Concurrent User
Based on user count from old platform, we want to add user licenses in new platform.

If you have Auditor turned on, you can get it from the reports provided by SAP. It has time interval. you can modify to suit your requirement.

I don’t see any Auditor application in CMC of Crystal Reports 9(version). In CR 9, we have only 9 application modules (Manage Users, Folder, Groups, Events, Server Groups, Settings, Objects, Servers, Authorization).
Any other way which helps to find max number of user’s login into BI platform at same time for last 3 or 6 month.

Not with the version of Crystal Enterprise that you have. Also, be aware that CE 9 has been out of support for over 10 years and it will not run on newer server software software, so you’re probably also running on a version of Windows Server that is out of support.

Yes, we are aware of CE 9 is out of support and also CE 9 still running on Windows server.
We already have new platform(CRE 4.1sp6) in place and users accessing it. Looks like, just need to wait for 3/6 months and view ‘user by day-concurrent session’ audit report to get above info in CRE 4.1.
