HI,
I am having a headache issue here. My dashboard has couple of scorecards and text labels. WHen I view them as swf file, they are all neat and tidy attached to each other.
BUT when the user views the swf file, he is seeing the scorecards away from each other and also showing scroll bar at the end, as if I did not enlarge the scorecard enough to accomodate the columns.
Anyone knows how to solve this issue? My current resultion on my monitor is :1680 X 1050.
Need help ASAP… issue has been blwon out of proportion.
The swf is always to resize to resolution of the monitor of who is viewing the swf. It is best to find out what the minimum resolution of the people viewing the swf and set that resolution in Xcelsius (Dashboard 4.+).
So let’s say that I am told that the min reslution for the users is 800 X 600, then whst should i do the Dashboard?
Is it better to build your dashboard on the reslution that they will view it on? so should I go back and rebuild the Dashbaord?
need answer please …
Have you set the default size for the dashboard in Xcelsius (File, Preferences, Canvas size in pixels)? It has been a long time since I have done this, but I think it then will properly size the canvas for that resolution. I just previewed an old dashboard and I had just changed the resolution and it appears to reduced the size of the canvas to the new resolution.
