We are in the middle of testing our newly developed dashboards with our end users. They are greatly concerned about the performance of the combo box function:
- It takes some time to scroll down the combo box
- Every time they mouse over a value it also take some time for reaction
Has anyone else faced this issue? This is our first release and we are concerned that users will be immediately dissatisfied with the product if simple drop down box’s do not work effectively.
We are using the Dashboards tool version 6.0.5.0 Build 14,06,1036
If anyone can help me understand if there are any alternatives (i.e. a simple, traditional drop down box) I would appreciate it. Thanks.
