Combining functional & folder access from other Groups

Hi all,

I have the following scenario:

We have 3 functional groups:

Report User (view)
Report Analyst (view on demand)
Report Power User (full access)

We have 2 groups that are used to restrict folder access:

Finance (Access the Finance public folder)
HR (Access the HR public folder)

We want to create two composite/super groups called:

Finance Report User
Finance Report Power User

These should provide folder level access to the Finance folder and then either just view only access or full access.

How can we do this? We want to create the Finance Report User and Finance Report Power User groups and add the appropriate groups as subgroups so that the super groups inherit the appropriate access and functionality as described above.

Can you be more specific about what you mean by creating the matrix in lines folders and in columns groups. An example would be helpful.
