My current report shows 3 rows all with the same [ID NUM] and data except each row has a different work note [NOTE]. What I am trying to do is combine all the work notes into 1 field so I only have 1 row for each [ID NUM].
Is this doable?

I think this works but it looks like it is removing records where I have no notes. I still want to see those as well. I think it is the last variable with the if is null that is causing that problem.
