Color highlight on charts

Do we have a setting to show color highlight on charts(similar to Crystal reports charts) Actual vs target colors, let’s say sales for first quarter target is 40%, if the actual sales exceeds than that 40%, target show in green and in red if lowers to that

I believe that what you want is Alerts. The last tab on most of the components.
