CMS Server error

Team,

I am not able to connect the CMS Server, please help me out.

From Alerts - FYI

  1. Failed to register with the CMS africa. Please make sure the CMS is up and running. Attempting an automatic retry…

  2. The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: Unable to connect to the database using the provided connection string. Reason: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified).

The error2 has cleared, what will be the cause - how to overcome this error and CMS up? Many thanks in advance for your efforts.

Hi,
Could you please provide more details about the machine/Nature of the installation? :?:
Meanwhile ,try re-initializing the cms also( got to ccm->SIA->cms->rt click,properties)
