CMC Scheduler re-arranging text file output

Why is it that when I refresh a report in BO Launchpad the order I set the columns up originally is correct. Yet when the CMC scheduler runs it re-arranges the report columns?

This is annoying :hb: as the exported file is a text file which is used by our Concierge databases and requires the column order to be exactly as the table in the DB.

this did not happen pre-upgrade to Launchpad (Sept 2017)

any ideas why this happens or how can I force the scheduler to retain the reports original column order

What version of BOBJ are you running?

Is this a Webi report? If so, is your text file the result of a .CSV export or is it from a text export?

it is a Webi report, and just noticed the output is to a csv.

I have attached a doc with screenshots of the schedule.

So I have changed this to a text file, next run date is Monday 29th.

I will let you know how it comes up

That should make a difference. The CSV format outputs the data directly from the datasets instead of the data that you’ve set up in the report itself.
