Why is it that when I refresh a report in BO Launchpad the order I set the columns up originally is correct. Yet when the CMC scheduler runs it re-arranges the report columns?
This is annoying as the exported file is a text file which is used by our Concierge databases and requires the column order to be exactly as the table in the DB.
this did not happen pre-upgrade to Launchpad (Sept 2017)
any ideas why this happens or how can I force the scheduler to retain the reports original column order
That should make a difference. The CSV format outputs the data directly from the datasets instead of the data that you’ve set up in the report itself.
