CMC rights not to allow users to see if they don't own them

I would like to set up a user in CMC so that our sister companies can have access to the CMC to manage their users and groups, but I obviously don’t want them to have access to any other users than their own. I have achieved this, but when they access “Users” they still see all of the users that exist on the system. While they cannot edit the users that they do not own, but it would be ideal to prevent them from seeing the other users at all. Is this possible?

To my knowledge, we cannot restrict the user ids from visibility.
