Did you check in CCM whether the cms service started or not?

Hi Madhu,

Thanks for reply & Appologising for being late on-line.
I have checked the status of CMS server in CCM and found it running. I tried by restarting it, but the problem persist.

Hi ,
first you check to login with different user ids…

if you type password wrongly also you will get same error

you try to login into thick clients like designer and check whether password you are typing is correct

Hey ,

for your information … if you have gone for a full import from one environment to another then may be I speculate by mistake you have also imported the admin account so may be try the password of your source environment then I am sure it will work.

Yes this is happening to me also.

It is a clean install of BO Edge 3.0 on a desktop running vista.

I run the install, every thing goes fine - it finishes. I reboot, check the CCM and see I have Apache and Server intelligence Agent runnning.

Then try to login for the first time using only Administrator as the user, password blank and Enterprise as Authentication and I get the same message.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Nothing complex, just enter your admin account name (Administrator) and passoword that you assigned for your user account during installation - it works. The reason in that you think that you assigned password for User account, but program assigned it for Administrator’s one, as a result it does not work with your User account name, with Administrator only…Dumb shirt, I think they are make their soft so unfriendly for users becouse of very profitable “troubleshooting consultations” for reach “not very smart clients”
